15 BOXES OF FILES MAY PROVIDE NEW CLUES FOR RESEARCHERS
In a peculiar President’s Day present to historians, The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office has announced the discovery of a trove of documents relating to the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
Locked away in a man-size safe for 44 years, these rare documents and artifacts (which reportedly include Jack Ruby’s gun holster and the clothing Oswald wore when he was shot) were kept secret from the public for decades — although their existence was certainly no secret to every Dallas County D.A. since 1963.
Among the documents is an alleged transcript of a conversation between Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby, planning the assassination together on behalf of the Mafia. This document has aroused the greatest amount of interest but has also been described as “highly suspect” and immediately dismissed as either a fake or a possible movie script.
Dallas District Attorney Craig Watkins explained at a news conference today that the documents were “found” in a safe about a year ago — soon after he took office — and that his staff have been examining and cataloging them ever since. Previous DA’s had decided not to reveal the information, but Watkins said his administration is devoted to openness and felt it was “too important to keep secret.”
“It will open up the debate as to whether there was a conspiracy to assassinate the president,” Watkins stated.
(Watkins, elected in 2006, is the first African-American D.A. in Dallas history.)
Ruby, the owner of a Dallas burlesque club, shot Oswald while he was in police custody two days after the November 22, 1963 assassination. The transcript has Oswald telling Ruby, “the [Mafia] boys in Chicago want to get rid of the Attorney General [Robert Kennedy]. … There is a way to get rid of him without killing him. … I can shoot his brother.”
Gary Mack, curator of the 6th Floor Museum in Dealey Plaza has pointed out that Oswald is known to have been elsewhere on October 4, the alleged date of the alleged conversation.
The transcript resembles one published in a report by the Warren Commission, which investigated Kennedy’s assassination and determined that Oswald was the lone gunman. The FBI determined that conversation – again between Oswald and Ruby, but this time about killing the governor – was definitely fake.
Mr. Mack suggested that the transcript in the Warren Commission report was probably used as a model for the one found in the district attorney’s safe.
The conversation published in the commission report was a fake account of a conversation between Ruby and Oswald on the same night at the Carousel Club. A now-deceased Dallas attorney “re-created” the conversation after Kennedy’s assassination for authorities after he claimed he recognized Oswald in a newspaper photo as the man he saw talking to Ruby that night.
“The fact that it’s sitting in Henry Wade’s file, and he didn’t do anything, indicates he thought it wasn’t worth anything,” Mr. Mack said of the newly found transcript. “He probably kept it because it was funny. It’s hilarious. It’s like a bad B movie.”
IS THE TRANSCRIPT BOGUS OR EVIDENCE WITHHELD FROM TRIAL?
William J. Alexander, the only surviving prosecutor from Ruby’s trial for killing Oswald in the days after Kennedy’s assassination, told the district attorney’s office he’d never seen the Ruby-Oswald transcript. But it’s labeled with a sticker that says, “Plaintiff’s Exhibit 27.” Typically, exhibits for criminal trials are marked as state’s exhibits or defense exhibits.
The DA’s office said Mr. Alexander, who rarely talks about the Ruby trial, declined to be interviewed.
While the two-page transcript is most likely fake, District Attorney Watkins says he’s never believed Oswald acted alone.
“You know me: I’m always a conspiracy theorist,” Mr. Watkins said. “It was too simple of an explanation. I don’t see that.”
COUNTDOWN IN DALLAS
The safe also contained a 1967 million-dollar contract with the then-district attorney Henry Wade for a movie about the assassination, and the DA’s assistant has suggested that the Ruby/Oswald “transcript” was part of a proposed movie script.
The film, tentatively titled Countdown In Dallas, never went into production. But the timing of the film’s making is certainly curious.
By 1967, a large segment of the American public had openly expressed disdain for the conclusions of the Warren Commission. Several books suggesting a conspiracy were already on the shelves, and most importantly – New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison was at that very moment bringing murder charges against Clay Shaw for the murder of President Kennedy, the only such court case in history.
As all this concurrent activity was brewing, the need for a big-budget Hollywood film to refute the charges of conspiracy seems more than plausible; something to placate the general public and put their concerns to rest once and for all.
While many suspected that Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby knew one another, the “transcript” of thier alleged October 4 conversation would have been quite helpful in pursuading the people that although there was some advance conspiratorial planning between the two men, Oswald ultimately was the lone assassin.
The suspect transcript/movie script notwithstanding, perhaps the real hidden treasure within these 15 newly-released boxes is yet to be found. Once the documents are fully opened to researchers (which Dallas officials tell us will be soon), it will be fascinating to see what, if any, previously undiscovered evidence in the case may come to light.

Senator Christopher Dodd and the Continuing Coverup of the JFK/MLK Assassinations
On September 17, 1996 Robert Tanenbaum, Former Deputy Counsel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations 1976-1977 was scheduled to testify before the Assassination Records Review Board. The ARRB was meeting in Los Angeles California and I had received an anonymous call several days before saying that Tanenbaum wanted to meet with me. I was still thinking that my undercover work on the investigation of the assassination was top secret and though I knew Tanenbaum would have known about it this call brought back anxious and disturbing memories. I immediately told the caller that I could not meet with Mr. Tanenbaum under any circumstances however now that most everything that was so secret back then is easily found on the internet I will touch on his importance to the investigations of the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. and to some extent that of Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy. I will also comment on something that has bothered me since 1977 about the motive and agenda of Senator Christopher Dodd.
Prior to this testimony Mr. Tanenbaum had written a book, ‘Corruption of Blood’ which dealt with the issues and stories of his work on the House Select Committee on Assassinations. Woven within the pages of that book is a deep regard for true justice and the fraud of the supposed ‘investigation’ that came forth. He doesn’t despair about the investigators but does wrangle with moral and ethical concerns regarding motives, agendas and actual results.
As scheduled he testified before the ARRD and said, “I could tell you that if Richard Sprague and I stayed with the committee, there was no document that we would have kept away from the American people. And when I say “document” I include in that films or other pieces of evidentiary value. We saw nothing frankly that should not be given to the American people and I say that, Judge and members of the panel, when you mention classified material.”
As was my understanding from what Chief Counsel Richard Sprague had told me himself Mr. Tanenbaum was of the same ilk in that he believed that nothing the government had that related to the assassinations should have been kept from the investigators of the committee and ultimately the American people.
In his book, ‘Corruption of Blood’, and in his testimony before the ARRB Mr. Tanenbaum has said things that show a contempt for the motives of many of the members of the HSCA and some other officials of the US Government. One in particular is Senator Christopher Dodd. He seems to believe that the honorable Senator from Connecticut and then Representative pushed to get rid of Richard Sprague and bring in G. Robert Blakey as Chief Counsel for reasons other than what was best for the investigation.
When I reach back into my memory I find that I am in full agreement with him on this point. Christopher Dodd’s father was the former FBI agent and Senator Thomas Dodd from Connecticut. He was also one of President John F. Kennedy’s political rivals and closely associated himself publicly and privately with J. Edgar Hoover and CIA Director Allen Dulles and further was one of those known to be very unhappy with JFK’s role in the Bay of Pigs fiasco and the firing of Dulles.
Recently my commentary that related to one of the HSCA Executive Sessions where Santo Trafficante testified was published on my MLK Assassination Investigation news feed. In it I made it very clear that Connecticut Representative Chritopher Dodd was a member and was there during the Trafficante testimony. I don’t think that Congressman Dodd heard anything that day that he didn’t already know because his dad, Senator Thomas Dodd, had been up to his eyeballs in the FBI/Mafia/CIA corruption swirling around the Whitehouse in 1963. Prior to the JFK assassination Senator Thomas Dodd was looking into a number of businesses and individuals directly related to the JFK assassination including the mail order house that was used to deliver the supposed JFK assassination rifle to Lee Harvey Oswald. Although I have found it to be disconcerting over the years and even now, the reality that Congressman Christopher Dodd was a part of the HSCA for the purpose of limiting it’s investigation and preventing the truth from being made known is clear to me. His part may have been as innocent as his desire to protect his father’s honor but regardless he was a servant of the people of this country and given the job of finding the truth.
Mr. Tanenbaum and Senator Christopher Dodd can answer for themselves concerning this opinion, as I do not speak for either of them, however there are questions that have not been settled after all these years. I believe that transparent acknowledgement to facts about the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. and the relationship of them to that of Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy is a must. Finally an explanation by Senator Christopher Dodd as to his motives and agenda on the HSCA is something all Americans deserve to hear and even people all around the world await .
When you cover up one, it becomes easy to do another, and another, the political killings of the 60’s have mob relations written all over them, along with people with the power to cover them up, JFK, RFK, MLK are related, we know why RFK was killed, he would have brought all to justice, I beleive MLK, was just for the sport of it, ordered by one of the conspirators, who was most most likely racist to the core! It may have been just five to ten people or more. The vincent Buglosi
book dispels the theory,but even he,as brilliant as he is,could not con-

I also think that Bobby was assasinated by the same people,or

I also think that Martin Luther King was killed by the same extremist,or

to these tragedies……….With the death of martin,and Bobby…….it was
meant to kill the Dream, and cripple the ideals,and devastate the progress

I think that was not JFK that was shot in Dallas, I think that was a secret service agent kennedy look-alike that was killed. A guy told me that JFK showed up at a garage in Lock Haven Pa in a Jaguare which had broke down, and had to get to Washington fast, and it turned out he was not JFK, but he looked exactly like JFK, and at some point he showed somebody his ID to convince them to help him get going and the ID was for the secret service. So he left before the assassination and he never came back to get the fairly new car which sat in a public garage in town for over 10 years before it disappeared.

I think the assassination was done under the nose of all the secret service, police, etc. I believe it was a group of professional assassins, not Oswald. If you watch the film of JFK getting shot, its clear that it could not have been done by a single shooter

JFK came to me in a vision one night while I sleeping giving me clues on where he was shot from . One oe the shots came from about 5 floors of the records building in my vision . He climbed over the wall at the grassy knoll and climbed up a water tower . I am not from there so I can’t go to see if there is a water tower or find out if there was one at that time . What was Governor Connolly, worried about, or anticipating, maybe that something horrible, and monstrous, was about to happen, huh? Also notice Lyndon Johnson, in the plane later, as he is being sworn in, looking back at a guy, towards the end of the plane, as he(Lyndon), appears to be smirking back to him, like saying……”Oh al last, I am the President now!”
i dont think Connally was in the know, but Johnson, on the other hand hated Kennedy, and was a big part of the conspiracy, and offered up his killer, Malcolm Wallace, to assist. Johnson knew he was probably out in 64, because he knew RFK and JFK were on to his past dirty deeds, and probably was going to be indicted, for corruption, along with his Texas Poker Buddies, the men that really pulled LBJ strings, were about to loose billions, when Kennedy withdrew and squashed Viet Nam. LBJ in my opinion, was as corrupt as they come!
Corruption, has plagued our government since it’s beginning, anyone with common since, can look, at the evidence, that’s in front of them, mysterious deaths of witness’s, the shots that were audible by nearly all the witness’s, claim 2 shots were nearly on top of each other, not possible with that rifle, Oswald in the break room, perfectly calm, not out of breath, I don’t think i’ve read anywhere, about the incoming and outgoing calls that were made from the building that day, I beleive Oswald set up the sniper’s nest, for the real shooter, and was expecting a call from the payphone, in the breakroom, on what to do next, with the real shooter snuck in during lunch, and out of there when the last shot is fired, when the call does not come, Oswald knows he’s been dupped, and has been set up as a patsy, the witnesses seing Oswald , in Ruby’s club, talking to Ruby, I think Ruby was originally suppose to take care of Oswald, and did’nt make the pickup, of Oswald, because Oswald smelled a rat, Ruby was pressured to take care of Oswasld, no matter what, with the promise of leniancy, he had to get rid of him, before RFK could intervene, and get ahold of Oswald, because i beleive it was Oswalds intent, to make the right deal, and get into the right hands, not local government, if he was as described, a local nut wanting the fame, he would of flipped the minute they caught him. It was way bigger than Oswald, he is a small piece of the puzzle, but it was, and still is a conspiracy, and I beleive, it will take a civilian elected investigative committee, of true committed individuals, that beleive in this cause, and can see it throught, no matter who it involves. We all as free men, were dealt a corrupt hand, in Dallas that day, and should remain vigilant, in bringing all to justice, that were involved, no matter who they were, and still are….God speed to all that stay this course, and finally get the resolve that we all seek!
Ward knew Ruby personally. You can go to youtube and watch “evidence of revision” where Ward is giving a news conference, and some reporter in the background says to him: ” I was talking to Ruby the other day here before the shooting, and he saud he was going to call someone, and when he dialed the number, your phine rang and you answered it:…and Ward just kind of mumbles something…then looks down…but never denies it.
Ward was part of the Dallas police/prosecutors office conspiracy, working with the Dallas mayor whose brother was the general JFK fired over the Cuban BoP affair. This mayor then goes on tv and tells everyone “now is not the time to be pointing fingers and blaming people”…..go watch. Watch the conspirators lie and deceive in their own words, on film. Watch them set up a “killing” zone for Ruby….they knew it was going to happen…they insured it.
